Public-beta terms
Explore freely. Interpret carefully.
These terms govern access to CryptoCity. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to treat its market visualization as informational only.
Effective 19 August 2026
Service and eligibility
CryptoCity is a free public-beta market visualization operated from Spain. Public browsing is anonymous. Challenge competitors use verified accounts and may enter an open challenge or be invited to a private challenge. Registration requires acceptance of the current Terms and a declaration that you are at least 18 years old. CryptoCity does not store a birth date. There are no payments, real wallet connections, or real trading facilities. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful.
Virtual wallet challenges
Challenges use fictional starting capital and simulated allocations. They do not purchase, hold, transfer, or award crypto assets. Hold challenges keep the opening allocation until the end. Trading challenges may permit virtual buys and sells after the shared opening snapshot, subject to the published cadence, project limit, capacity, and operation quotas.
A virtual trade uses CryptoCity's shared CoinGecko reference price for its execution window. It is not an order routed to an exchange, carries no guarantee that the price was executable elsewhere, and currently models zero fees and slippage. Filled trades and published holdings may be visible to everyone; unfilled orders remain private.
Participants are responsible for joining and submitting before the published deadline and for keeping their account credentials private. CryptoCity may invalidate incomplete, duplicate, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible entries to protect competition integrity.
No financial advice
CryptoCity does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing displayed is a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or prediction.
Crypto assets and exchanges involve significant risk. Make independent decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Data and availability
Market and news information comes from third parties, including CoinGecko and identified publishers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Visual mappings simplify that data and should be read with the Methodology page.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, providers, limits, and presentation may change or be withdrawn during the beta. CryptoCity does not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with the site, its security, availability, or other visitors;
- attempt to obtain credentials, server secrets, or non-public systems;
- use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service or bypasses provider limits;
- misrepresent CryptoCity output as personalized advice or guaranteed fact; or
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
Intellectual property and links
CryptoCity's original interface, visual system, code presentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Project names, logos, provider data, and linked publisher content remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links leave CryptoCity. Their operators control their own content, security, availability, and privacy practices.
Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions, losses, or damage arising from reliance on market data, third-party content, service interruption, or use of the visualization. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to ekocrypto7@gmail.com.
Changes
Material updates will be published here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.
