Public-beta terms

Explore freely. Interpret carefully.

These terms govern access to CryptoCity. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to treat its market visualization as informational only.

Effective 23 July 2026

04.1

Service and eligibility

CryptoCity is a free public-beta market visualization operated from Spain. Public browsing is anonymous. Invited challenge competitors use limited accounts; there are no payments, real wallet connections, or trading facilities. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful.

04.2

Virtual wallet challenges

Challenges use fictional starting capital and simulated allocations. They do not purchase, hold, transfer, or award crypto assets. Every accepted portfolio uses the same recorded CoinGecko start snapshot, and no rebalancing is permitted after the submission lock.

Invited participants are responsible for submitting before the published deadline and for keeping their account credentials private. CryptoCity may invalidate incomplete, duplicate, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible entries to protect competition integrity.

04.3

No financial advice

CryptoCity does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing displayed is a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or prediction.

Crypto assets and exchanges involve significant risk. Make independent decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

04.4

Data and availability

Market and news information comes from third parties, including CoinGecko and identified publishers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Visual mappings simplify that data and should be read with the Methodology page.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, providers, limits, and presentation may change or be withdrawn during the beta. CryptoCity does not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.

04.5

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • interfere with the site, its security, availability, or other visitors;
  • attempt to obtain credentials, server secrets, or non-public systems;
  • use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service or bypasses provider limits;
  • misrepresent CryptoCity output as personalized advice or guaranteed fact; or
  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
04.6

Intellectual property and links

CryptoCity's original interface, visual system, code presentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Project names, logos, provider data, and linked publisher content remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links leave CryptoCity. Their operators control their own content, security, availability, and privacy practices.

04.7

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions, losses, or damage arising from reliance on market data, third-party content, service interruption, or use of the visualization. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to ekocrypto7@gmail.com.

Changes

Material updates will be published here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.
